Registrations for Free Fire India Championship 2022 Spring opening soon!

 

The next stop on our esports roadmap for 2022 is the flagship tournament of the year. We are pleased to announce the Free Fire India Championship 2022 Spring! This time, it’s bigger and better than ever before. This trophy calls to the best of the best, and the worthy will walk away with the lion’s share of the mammoth INR 1 Crore Prize pool. But what’s more important is eternal glory and a chance to represent India at the global stage. 

The extravaganza begins on 7th February. The contestants will begin with the FFC Mode Open Qualifiers that will take place in-game. The registrations for the same will be live from 7th February to 11th February 2022. Let’s take you through the registration process. 


 

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to register:

Step 1: To start the registration process, locate the trophy icon at the right hand side in the main lobby. 

Step 2: The FFIC 2022 Spring banner will appear on your window. Here you will find all the necessary details including scheduling, scoring and progression. (Note: If you do not meet the eligibility criteria to participate, this section will remain locked)

Step 3: Now, find the squad button at the top right corner. Tap on it to create or join your FFIC squad.

Step 4: Enter team details-name, contact details, region, avatar and banner.

Step 5: To play in FFC Mode, invite the registered squad members via the invite friends options in the Free Fire India Championship 2022 Spring lobby.

The match day for FFC Mode Qualifiers is 11th February 2022, from 4 PM to 8 PM IST. Players have to complete a minimum of 5 matches in order to qualify for the next stage. Players that meet the eligibility criteria have a five day window to assemble their squad and register for the tournament. 

                                    

You must complete the following eligibility criteria to participate:

  • 1. The minimum rank for registrations for all team members must be Diamond I and Level 40 with a rank point of 2538 throughout the entire period of the FFIC 2022 Spring FFC Qualifiers.

  • 2. Top 42 shortlisted teams will advance to FFIC 2022 Spring Closed Qualifiers.

  • 3. A total of 10 tickets will be given to each team for matchmaking. The best 5 scores from 10 rounds will be used to determine the team's final ranking.

  • 4. To change your team roster, you will first need to disband the team and the teams that have used at least 1 ticket will not be allowed to disband.

  • 5. Players are not allowed to participate in multiple teams for FFC Mode (either as a player or substitute or with multiple accounts).

  • 6. All players must be citizens of India or Nepal.

  • 7. Team are required to have a minimum of 5 players and maximum of 6 players.

  • 8. All players have to 16 years of age or older in 2022.
